Run InventiPro on an Android phone or tablet. Install directly from this page.

The Android app gives you InventiPro as a full-screen app with its own icon, signed in and ready. It stays current on its own — updates to InventiPro reach the app without you reinstalling it, so you will rarely need to download this again. **It needs an internet connection.** Unlike the Windows desktop app, which keeps a local copy of your data and works offline, the Android app talks to your account over the network.

GST/Tally invoice templates, printable credit notes, product search/margin tracking, per-tenant module entitlements now enforced on desktop, and refund/stock accuracy fixes.

New

  • Six GST/Tally invoice templates, and a working item-return journey with printable credit notes (PDF download on web, desktop too).
  • Products: server-side search & paging, cost price + margin tracking, and honest inventory-value KPIs.
  • SuperAdmin can now grant or revoke access to Financial Reports, Fraud Detection, Data Migration and AI Insights per tenant, enforced on desktop as well as web (previously desktop ignored these entirely).
  • 1,632 more UI strings translated across Spanish, French, Hindi and Korean.

Fixed

  • Refunds and credit notes now move stock and every affected total correctly - previously a credit note could decrement stock instead of restocking it, and a sale/return combo could triple-decrement stock.
  • Returns were being counted as income in reports; now excluded, matching the Profit & Loss report.
  • The last 6 untranslated nav labels are now translated, and the billing page stays reachable at large text sizes.
  • The platform email From address had two competing hardcoded defaults; now uses the correctly configured one.

Camera barcode/QR scanning, Scan Intake, Open Food Facts enrichment, and profit-report fixes.

New

  • Camera barcode & QR scanning at checkout, on the Products form, and now on desktop via a laptop or USB webcam.
  • Scan Intake: open a session, scan barcodes to build up stock (wedge scanner or camera), review, and post to inventory in one step. Available on both the web app and desktop.
  • Automatic product detail lookup for unknown barcodes via Open Food Facts.

Fixed

  • Profit & Loss report was inflating gross/net profit by the GST amount collected on sales; now correctly excluded.
  • Profit Margin report was counting cancelled/refunded sales as profit; now excluded, matching the P&L report.
  • Desktop dashboard's Gross Profit KPI was silently showing raw revenue instead of actual profit; now shows a real cost-based figure.
  • Critical: a database migration could fail on startup for any tenant with a discounted invoice, blocking the app from opening at all. Fixed and verified.
